The 3 steps to setup success
Take 10-15 minutes on each step every day to get set up in a week, or be an overachiever and knock through all of them in a couple of hours.
Step 1. Invite your teammates
First things first, let’s invite your teammates to join you on Wholesale.
To invite a teammate, head to Settings. From there, stay on the Company tab and scroll to Team. You'll be prompted to head to our Lab Testing platform in order to add your team members:
Click on Edit in Lab Testing, which will direct you to the Team page accordingly, or click here for a shortcut. Then click on Add New User towards the top right of the list of current team members:
Enter the new team member's email address and select a role:
Once you click Invite User, an email will be sent to the specified email to join your Organization. Once the new user accepts the invite, he or she will have access to your Confident Cannabis account.

Step 2. Find products & save your most frequent searches
This step is all about finding the products you are looking for right now. When you first log into Confident Cannabis Wholesale, you'll be greeted by the Discover screen in Gallery. The Gallery is where you can discover new products, find products from your favorite verified brands, and place order requests.
Here’s some stuff to try:

Discover products: Discover featured products and product categories.

Browse the Gallery & save your searches: Search by product or strain name, filter by price, potency, brand, and more, and sort Gallery to find the products you need. Save your most frequent search to easily return to it the next time you log in and get notified about new results.

Browse Verified Vendors and Brands: Search and browse all verified vendors and brands on Confident Cannabis.
Discover Products:
The Discover section is a great place to start if you simply want to take a look at some of the most popular listings on Confident Cannabis. This section of Gallery highlights various products under a number of groupings, such as "Trending Now" or "Tested for Terpenes", and you can even get personalized recommendations. Click here to go to Settings and enable Personalized Recommendations.

Browse the Gallery:
If searching for specific products, it's helpful to use the Browse section of the Gallery to filter by various categories to pull only the products you may be interested in right now.
If you know that you will be sourcing these specific products frequently, we recommend saving your search so you can easily return to it next time you log in. You'll also get notified of new results to your saved searches so you can contact the vendor before they sell out.
On some listings, you'll notice "Private Vendor". This can mean one of two things;

The vendor is verified but opted to not disclose their name in which case you'll see their information once the request has been accepted.

The vendor has not yet verified their Wholesale account in which case our team will attempt to help verify the vendor on Wholesale after you submit a request.
Browse Verified Vendors and Brands :
The final section in the Gallery is Companies. Here, you can search for any verified vendor on Wholesale by entering the name of the company in the provided search field:
You can also peruse the various brands on Confident Cannabis Wholesale by clicking on the Brands tab beside Verified Vendors.
You can also search by the vendor or brand in the Browse section by entering the vendor name in the "Search product or strain..." field or using the Brands filter:
When you click on a vendor or brand, you'll see the full vendor or brand menu. Each menu will house all listings by that specific vendor or brand.
Step 3. Place your first Order
Place an order with just a few clicks by following the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the product
Click on the product listing that you'd like to place an order for.
Step 2: Enter the order quantity & additional info
Enter in the quantity you're interested in purchasing. Be sure to include whether you'd like a sample first or if you have any additional inquiries.
Once you're done, click Add to Order Request.
Step 3: Add more products
Repeat steps 1-2 for any additional products you'd like to add to your request. You can add products from the same vendor or start a new draft order request with a different vendor.
Step 4: Submit your Order request
Once you've added all relevant items, click View Order Request or click on the envelope icon towards the top right of the page:
You'll then be directed to the "Draft Order Requests" screen where you can select your license, the destination facility, and optionally request a delivery date. Once your ready, click Submit Order Request.
Congratulations! You've submitted your first order request 🎉
The vendor will be immediately alerted to your request and will be in touch with more information about the next steps and to answer any additional questions you may have had regarding the product.
All your order requests can be found at any time under Purchases.
