The 4 steps to setup success:
Take 10-15 minutes on each step each day to get set up in a week, or be an overachiever and knock through all of them in a couple of hours.
Step 1. Invite your teammates
First things first, let’s invite your teammates to join you on Wholesale.
To invite a teammate, head to Settings. From there, stay on the Company tab and scroll to Team. You'll be prompted to head to our Lab Testing platform to add your team members:

Click on Edit in Lab Testing, which will direct you to the Team page accordingly, or click here for a shortcut. Then click on Add New User towards the top right of the list of current team members:

Enter the new team member's email address and select a role:

Once you click Invite User, an email will be sent to the specified email to join your Organization. Once the new user accepts the invite, he or she will have access to your Confident Cannabis account.

Step 2. Set up your Stockroom:
This step is all about adding your current, available inventory in your Stockroom and making your product listings stand out in the Gallery and on your Menu.
To help you more easily manage your listings and online menu, we create a product item for you in your Wholesale Stockroom when you get your products tested with a Confident Cannabis lab. These products are automatically connected to your lab test sample and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
All you need to make your pre-generated items ready to sell is to add information about your current on-hand quantity and price. You can do right from your Product list by clicking Set Quantity and Set Pricing.

From there, you can also change the unit that your product is sold in.

If you prefer a clean slate and add your inventory from scratch, simply archive the pre-made inventory items by toggling Select All and then clicking the Archive button.

To turn off automatic inventory generation from lab test samples, go to Settings and disable Generate Inventory from Lab Test Samples located in the Company tab, or click here for a shortcut.
If you're selling branded products for one or more brands that are not already available in the Brands list when editing your product, you can Create a Brand.
Step 3. Create your Menu
Your Company Menu serves as your digital menu and allows you to highlight information about your business and what sets you apart from other brands or vendors on Wholesale. Make sure your company stands out to buyers by creating an eye-catching Menu.

To complete your Company Menu:
Step 1: Go to your Company Menu
Click on Company Menu in the left-hand side menu
Step 2: Edit your Company Menu
Click Edit Menu towards the top right of the default cover photo:

From there, you'll be able to enter:

Your company tagline
-
A description of your company
-
Your website link
-
Links to your Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram pages
-
A logo (Recommended image size: 256w x 256h or larger; Square aspect ratio recommended)
-
A cover image (Max image size: 10MB; Recommended image size: 1280w x 320h)
-
Any additional marketing images that you think would be beneficial to include (up to 12)

Step 4. Share Your Menu with Buyers:
Now that your Menu is complete it's time to share it with your Customers. Click on Share Menu towards the top right of the default cover photo and copy your Menu link into your outbound emails to Customers or even through text!
